Sortable spreadsheet with all event buildings including the Winter Event 2024 and Wildlife Event 2025

Changes for this version is the inclusion of Winter Event 2024 and the buildings currently in Beta for the Wildlife Event 2025

We've also added a column for Historic Allies.  Right now it's just a "y" for yes it houses a historical ally.  It's a placeholder for people to quickly find the buildings that house a historical ally.  

We're thinking of just averaging out the bonus stats for allies and adding that to the building that stores them as that's the point of those buildings.  Right now the value has not been changed to include the ally bonus but future spreadsheets will include that.

We've also reduced the "value" of goods to a ratio of 10:1 of goods:FP.  The reason for this is the introduction of event buildings that produce 100's of goods so they're no longer scarce even in SAT or SASH ages.
