QI how do you deal with players that are either dumb or selfish?

QI is no longer new.  We no longer need QI officers to mark paths.  Everyone should know by now how to play QI.

Guilds divide into red/blue/yellow (donators)

All players fight at least the first four or five maps there should be zero donations until at least map five or six.

Fighters go straight to the garrisons so all players get a fight bonus.

Once garrisons are down then move to strongholds which debuff the bosses.

Once strongholds are down then go to bosses.

Only fight the extra nodes if you have or will have a full quantum action bar and are waiting for the other color team to take down their nodes.

Every player should have a forgotten temple in their city giving them a small QI boost which allows them with just that to fight the first three maps using just the troops given at QI start.  Then when garrisons are down the fight boost doubles making it possible to fight map five or higher.

Simple right?  Everyone knows this?  So why do most guilds have players that go for strongholds before garrisons?  Often they are strong players that don't need the garrison boost so they are lazy or selfish.  They don't care that other players in their guild need that garrison to go down so they can fight the early maps.


You shouldn't see any players at strongholds while the garrison is up but we see this all the time.  How do you handle this in your guilds?  How do you handle guild mates that snipe guild members?  It's the same type of selfishness exhibited here.
