The Fall Event to be blunt kind of sucked in regards to the event buildings. In fact it sucked so much none of us are playing it. Beta is just for testing so it's no real loss but FoE has heard the feedback and have made changes.

The conclusion after the changes are...
- red QI fighters should target a couple of Azalea Arbor so they can ascend it
- blue QI fighters should target a couple of Amberbill Ponds so they can ascend it
- the non-ascended versions have roughly the same value as royal carriage so it's not a waste of space but advanced cities will only want the ascended version
- the gold league prize is now good and worth chasing
- the 8th level of Eternal Market is good
- the Cider Mill is a trap. The 11th level is good but people will be chasing upgrades and fall short. The Cider Mill came out in 2017 and the 6th level was introduced in 2019 and to be honest it wasn't good even back then. I suspect most players either didn't keep their cider mills in inventory or just deleted them. I believe they were around prior to AD so more likely to delete than sell or store. So players that have the lv6 in inventory may be able to get the next 5 levels but even that will be hard without the gold pass. Even with a gold pass it will be a challenge to get the lv 11 supreme cider mill. If you get it great, it's worth placing in the most advanced cities. But we cannot recommend chasing this item.
- the main event building the Breezemill Estate is odd as it provides large fight boosts but only in very specific areas. Red GE attack and blue GbG defense. Without the FP and goods increase it would be hard to justify placing this building in an advanced city. Now it's good but player will need to keep an eye in future events for buildings that provide boosts in the area that this does not.
- the breezemill estate is also a chain building so some players will put a bunch of sternbergia patches on it and use blue galaxy to load up on FP. That will be a mistake as the per square value of all the chains are not worth placing in almost any city. Even below average cities could better use that space so don't build chains.
