Master Spreadsheet and settlement conversion tool updated

The master spreadsheet has been updated to include the reward buildings from the Care for Tomorrow Event currently on Beta.

All the events have their own tab to make it easy.

The QI settlement conversion tool has also been updated by request to include troop cost and decoration costs.

All you need to do is download it, allow editing and then fill-in the green highlighted squares for your personal settlement.

  2. Is a ranking for the allies available? Also, will the allies feature QI boosts or is it only GbG and GE? I'm still trying to decide if these new allies are worth upgrading or is the best strategy to wait a bit.

    1. Ranking allies is near impossible for a few reasons. You would have to treat each rarity as a different ally as new abilities unlock. Some of the newer allies have a potential to be outstanding but the valor and scrolls needed to get them to that level are too scarce to make that a viable option. That will change as our ability to get valor will increase but for now it's not. Even when it is there are still issues.
The older allies at base level are better than the new allies at base level but the new allies are better at legendary levels for the most part. So what level do we capture and say ok here's the comparison? For buildings in the master spreadsheet we determined they are all aided/polished and in SASH to make it standard.
We also captured all the GB's at lv 100 although that will all have to be revamped soon.
With allies there are just too many variables to cross compare. The other issue and this may be the most important one is the top tier abilities are niche. So if you're in TE or FE and you have an ability that enhances the next 120 heavy units that's useful. If you're in SASH you never use heavy units so the value is nothing. The ally didn't change but how a user will perceive that ability couldn't be more different.
As for QI boosts we were told that will happen but the boost is less than one decoration at max level. As for when that will happen I can't say. We're in early testing for the Fall Event now and those allies don't have QI boosts.

    2. Yeah the new allies have a low floor but higher ceiling. That ceiling is so out of reach I'm not bothering with them.

    4. The golden crops building from 5 years ago is getting the upgrade. The only exciting thing is there's a racoon avatar I want that's available. So far everything is placeholder so not much to say. It is weird though that the avatar's are done. The art is usually the last thing to come online.

    5. I didn't answer the main question so will do it now. Best strategy is to wait until you have enough valor and scrolls to fully level an ally before spending event currency on one. If it takes 1-2 years for all the currency then you'll have over a years worth of allies to pick from. We're just starting to get into the niche allies so fine one you love.

    6. If an ally is limited use like get 40 charges of X ability how would you measure that against a base boost that can apply to thousands of uses? So a 100% attack/def red and blue will be used on everything as opposed to 40 units get a 17% chance of X ability.

  3. Would the ally Morgan le Fay at the legendary level with the "Next 200 artillery units in GbG have a 17% chance of gaining MIRV" skill be useful for a PE HAU player who uses 1 turtle and 7 rogues when fighting in GbG? I understand the skill does not impact rogues but would the skill activate for 200 fights? I'm having a difficult time deciding if the skill would be beneficial for a HAU fighter. Thank you.

    1. It would have a 17% chance of activating for each artillery unit. So if you only use one turtle then yes you will have that chance for 200 fights. I'm being specific because if people use 2 in a fight then it's only 17% chance in 100 fights.
The good thing is while MIRV doesn't stack with mortar ability which turtles have it will still be processed as separate attack mechanics.
But if you're a high volume fighter and have to decide where to spend valor then I think the choice is simple. Do you want a higher boost on every fight or do you want to keep Morgan unhoused until you need that tiny extra boost?
So for players who can't reach 150 attrition and hold back kraken, virgo project and now Morgan to squeeze a few more fights in or to complete the tough GE platforms it can make sense.
For people that breeze through GE and fight past 150 attrition then it doesn't.
The other factor is she will be unhoused until you need her so you lose all the other passive abilities until you put her in city.
For me the choice is clear. If valor tokens were plentiful and we could level all our allies and switch them out situationally then I'd view it differently. Since valor tokens are scarce I think the opportunity cost is too high to have spent all the scrolls and valor tokens on an ally that will be sidelined until you need that ability.

    2. Thank you so much, that makes sense. I'm going to focus my effort on pushing strong GbG heavy epic allies like Nebuchadnezzar II and Queen Melisende. And I'll use my valor tokens to evolve my rare Nebuchadnezzar II and Queen Melisende to epic. Solid plan.

  4. Follow-up to Morgan le Fay question. Perhaps a better strategy for a PE HAU player who values GbG stats is to focus on pushing strong epic allies like Nebuchadnezzar II and Queen Melisende? And a better use for my valor tokens is to evolve my rare Nebuchadnezzar II and Queen Melisende to epic? Thoughts? Appreciate your help. Cheers.
