Master spreadsheet has already been updated with these new buildings.
The neo carousel lv 2 is good enough to go in city but it's not much of an improvement over neo fashion boutique lv 2.
The Harmony Arbor is weaker while appearing to be stronger. It also clearly illustrates why the traditional value chart had to be changed.
Below you see the traditional value per tile in green.
In red you see those values but with GE and blue QI stripped out.
In blue you see those values but with GE and red QI stripped out.
In this case there was no QI boost so you just see the difference when you take-out the GE boosts which can make bad buildings look ok until you adequately compare them.
If someone is reading this and does value GE boosts that was not a dig at you. For most established players on a main city GE boosts are irrelevant and so is the green value tab. This QI update clearly demonstrates the value of removing GE boosts when determining what building to go for.
