St Patrick's Day Event 2026 for live server

Starts Feb 17 runs through to March 17, 2026 The duration of this event changes things. On Beta there were only 21 daily tasks where live server will have 28. The event currency management will also be different. You get 14,450 pots of gold (event currency) if you login daily and complete all the challenges. You can expect 250-500 more from incidents. So expect slightly less than 15k pots of gold without buying more. It's best to decide on strategy prior to event start. Strategy 1: Event progress on the prize line. Strategy 2: Get four level two Loaf Houses for perpetual ascended goldsmith Strategy 3: avoid burnout, do the quests passively as you collect your city, only use lv1 managers and open all boxes at the competition of each town/banquet to maximize event shop currency. Inno is showing what they think of their player base.

Let me show you what prompted this post. Now if you happen to be in Iron Age there's no problem but for literally every other age this is a huge F-you to the player base. It's bad enough that they already ask for goods production from previous age. It's even worse when they ask for troop production of a previous age but now production? Seriously go F-yourself. So a player in SASH will have to do 24hr productions 26 time of a previous age production building. Get bent.

GB update news Aug. 28, 2025

Embargo until Aug 28, 2025 come back then Update EDIT: Great Buildings Prestige update postponed due to massive backlash from the community. No word on implementation date. We can finally talk specifics about the GB update and there's a lot to talk about. We've made comments previously that while this update is very much needed there will be a lot of upset players and now we can tell you why that is. We are going to condense the information into just what you need to know as there is a lot. The way we level the GB's are changing from infinite levelling to tiers. Copper lv 1-100 Silver lv 101-200 Gold lv 201-300 There are two more tiers not yet announced for later update. BP's Consider what we have now as copper which then upgrades to silver which then upgrades to gold. To upgrade tiers you need the corresponding BP's. So you will have copper, silver and gold BP. Anniversary Event 2026 WIP

Event is a copy/paste of previous merge events with some tiny adjustments in testing. We'll post more when rewards are confirmed and embargo lifted. World's Fair is getting a silver, gold and platinum upgrade. Changed to a world event building Ascended also appears to be world's fair but since it was just placeholder asset in testing we'll just say it's not confirmed at this point. The efficiency number you see if from FoE helper it is not our "value" figure. Some of the buildings are changing during testing so we'll wait until the event is ready to go to beta before updating the master spreadsheet. So some quick background. For those not familiar with the planned "Guild Conquest" mechanic that was supposed to be introduced in Q3 2025 and you can read about it here and here . That game mechanic was "paused" until at least 2027 for good reason and we should all be thankful for that. The problem is Inno wanted to make GB's great again and a large part of how that was going to happen involved the introduction of Guild Conquests and GB's that provided bonus or effects for that mechanic. The GB's and reward/quest system of the new age also relied on the GB update to be in place at launch so that was delayed as well. Guild Conquest -- GB update -- New age mismanagement are all linked. So once Guild Conquest was officially taken off the table the GB upgrade was going to proceed. You can read about what it was going to be here . We started posting information about this event last October. Here is the link if you want to see it or how things have changed from the WIP/Alpha testing to Beta. There were not a lot of changes but every change was to decrease the rewards. This event mechanic is now so well known that it hardly seems worth discussing so we won't and we'll go right to strategy. Before the event starts you need to decide which strategy you will choose. Do you want to open all the boxes when completing a town or festival or whatever they're calling it this time OR do you want to complete as many tasks as possible and go for gold league? If you want to advance the prize line and go for gold league then be prepared to complete 23-28 festivals (I will probably call it towns a number of times and won't bother changing it.) You should also be prepared to spend a lot of diamonds as this has historically been a high spending event. So buy extra event currency, hire lv5 manage...

Higher Age Units the easy guide

There are plenty of guides out there and most are good. Some are hard to follow and there are a few that are flat-out wrong. I'm putting this out because despite all the guides available (including one already on this blog) people still ask how to do it and there is a need for a hand-holding version. That's not a pejorative it's just the reality that there is a need for a simple and accurate guide. Getting troops of a higher age involves pushing the campaign map in a very specific way. Negotiate some sectors, fight others and completely ignore some. The other aspect is the tech tree. Deciding to go for higher age troops means you will leave certain techs unresearched because you will need them later. Lastly, the third leg of this adventure is working the story quests and side-quests correctly so you do not get blocked. If you mess up any of these three legs it may be somewhat correctable by forgoing some advanced age troops or by moving to the n...
