Updated building stats including Winter Event 2024 buildings

Select this link to the spreadsheet

Updeted to include all the buildings in the Halloween Event 2024 that is currently running on Live Servers and all the buildings of the Winter Event that is currently running on Beta.

The beta buildings are in orange and expect them to change.

There are five tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

1) all buildings not sorted as of the Winter Event 2024.  Beta buildings in orange at the bottom and not in alphabetical order.

2) The list has eliminated the most obsolete buildings to make it more managable.  The buildings are sorted using the following criteria.

All red and blue attack and defense, plus FP, plus goods all divided by tile including roads.  Gives value X.

Then we factored in population and happiness by taking the population, dividing it by tile including road then further dividing that number by 1000.  There's no perfect way to do this but considering how population and happiness are determining factors when placing buildings they should factor into their value.

So population and happiness give us value Y.

Adding X and Y gives us the unit value.  This tab uses that value to sort buildings.  The beta buildings are in orange at the bottom and now sorted by value.

3) These are the buildings received as rewards from QI.  The purpose of this list is to make it easier to determine which path to take when QI begins.

4) This list is just for buildings that give QI fighting boosts.

Halloween Event reposting to make it easier to find. Starting Oct 29, 2024 on live server. All quests at the bottom of page.

Halloween Event bares no resemblance to last year but is a reskin of the 2023 Summer Event.

The mechanic is "Wheel of Fortune"

Your hood shares the wheel and you fight for prizes.  Hopefully they don't refresh the wheel just as you're about to get the prize you want.

REMEMBER TO TICK THE BOX THAT SAYS, "SKIP ANIMATION"!!!!!

There are three tiers of prizes green, silver and gold.  Green prizes can be won four times.  There are four bars and you can see when one prize is won.  Silver can be won twice and gold only one time.

What's the best strategy?

  • Do all the rush quests right away so you have lots of inventory.
  • There are two rivals so if you plan on doing them just save your currency for those days.
  • Cancel animations.
  • Wait until the prize you want is on the board.
  • Use as many knives as you can all at once.
  • You are competing against your hood for prizes so if you play during off-hours it will be to your advantage.  If you play when a rival quest is active just expect someone from your hood to snipe all the good prizes on the wheel.  Or some griefer to refresh the wheel when a good prize is up.

But how is this a reskin?  Well instead of a wheel we get this...

The currency is tickets to buy knives to throw instead of dublons.

The event will offer silver and gold grand prize lines that advance with the basic line and also has league prizes.

Gold 1% league reward building
Witch's Brew Ride
  • 4x5 no road required
  • 150% red attack and attack def
  • 25% red attack QI
  • 120 FP
  • fragments of main event building selection kit
  • 150-4,000 population    *** Now positive instead of negative population
  • costs 129-3,095 happiness
  • 3,640 - 259,550  supplies
random production
  • 60% 100 current era goods
  • 40% 25 next era goods

random production

  • 50% 30 fragments of Eerie Thrill Coaster selection kit
  • 30% 5 fragments of silver upgrade
  • 20% 5 fragments of golden upgrade

Considering the nerfed main prize the reward to make more of them is considerably less valuable.

The Abandoned Asylum will get two upgrades bringing it to level 11.  Stats are for SASH

Phantom Abandoned Asylum

  • adds 1 population
  • costs 2730 happiness
  • 400,000 coins
  • 75 FP
  • 50 next era goods
  • 120 goods of your age
  • 70% red attack
  • 10% red attack GE
  • 15% red attack QI  (This may be removed prior to live server) *** Changed to 30% red attack
  • 95% red defense
The silver version gives 10% red attack for QI.

If you are playing this on live server we strongly recommend you do not spend diamonds on this event.  The main prize has been nerfed and they can remove the QI bonus of the abandoned asylum after the event ends.  This is a very shady business practice but Inno has shown they are willing to do it without regard to what the players want.

If you are ok with spending diamonds on event currency and buying the gold pass only to discover the four golden asylums have had the QI boosts removed then go ahead.  In our view it should be safe for live server but don't do it for Beta.

Eerie Nightmare Coaster

Main Event building  lv 10 using SASH stats

  • 7x4 requires road
  • hosts an ally (military - type) (uncommon - rarity)
  • +2% FP production (excludes GB's *** Removed for live server
  • 3 fragments of mass self-aid kit     *** added for live server
  • 100% red attack and attack def
  • 30% red attack and defence for GbG   ****added for live server
  • 20% red attack QI (this may be changed) ***** Confirmed this has been removed completely
  • 259550 supplies
  • 75 FP
  • 6 random units  *** increased to 8 units for live server
  •  28,732 population  ***changed to positive population for live server
  • costs 95,760 happiness changed to cost 34,478 happiness   *** still negative happiness but amount reduced
  • gives 6 random units  ***changed to gives 8 random units of your age
Random Production
  • 50% 200 current era goods
  • 50% 250 previous era goods

This building has made major changes.  They removed QI fight bonus and replaced with a small GbG bonus.

Removed 2% FP bonus for city collection to just 3 fragments of mass self-aid kit.  Those are huge nerfs.

In the plus category they made it positive population and reduced the unhappiness and then added 2 more random units.

Other buildings values will be changed or added at launch on Beta

Nightshade Cemetery

  • 5x2 requires road
  • 55-77% blue attack and def   *** reduced to a max 75% blue attack and def

  • 30 FP

random production
  • 60% 100 goods of your age
  • 20% 25 goods of next age

Joker's Malevolent Spin

This unit has a base and separate upgrade models.  The Joker's Infernal Spin is the lv 3 version.  We're waiting on confirmation that the upgrade unit will both upgrade lv 1 to lv 2 and upgrade lv 2 to lv 3 or if that will require a separate units to take it from lv 2 to lv 3 causing natural bottlenecking.
Unfortunately it's now confirmed there's a base, silver and golden so three separate units instead of one plus upgrade.

These stats are for lv3.

  • 2x5 no road required
  • 30% red attack
  • 8% red attack GbG
  • 5% red attack GE
  • 150 - 1,000 population  **** changed to positive population

  • 45 goods one age below

Event Mechanics:
There is a tutorial and here it is.

The tasks are different from regular quests (which will be added below).

You spend tickets to buy knives.  You then use knives when you like the board.  You then get the things you need to complete the tasks when you hit the good prizes.

Once you complete that task another one replaces it.
You can do six tasks a day.

Ok we already went through the buildings.  What do I need to do to get a fully leveled main prize (you don't need the silver and gold as it will create it's own in time).

At 2100 you get the last piece you NEED to get a fully leveled event building so the real question is what about the silver and gold abandoned asylum pieces that give red QI attack?
As pictured above you need 2200 for the silver and
2400 progress for the golden version.  But you can also get them in the event pass and that's really how this event is pay to win.

At 3100 with the gold pass you 2 more goldens (total of 3) and at 4700
you can get a 4th one.

The energy rewards have a chest mechanic.

What's in the chests?

Other prizes are goods, finish all supply and if you open all 6 you get enchanted elixirs emporium.

Quests:  Rewards for completing quests are "tickets" which is event currency unless stated otherwise

Rival Quests:  Will be updated once confirmed on Japan server as these tend to change from Beta to Live server

To prepare we'd suggest building a supply building of any age in your city and setting supply production to 4hrs when built.

Winter Event starting on Beta server October 29 to November 30, 2024

This event has the "shuffle board" mechanic.

Event currency is wooden bells.  They are obtained from quests and incidents.

Wooden bells illuminate houses in the winter village shown above.

Each house opens with 10 wooden bells and has a prize.  With each open house you will also earn 1-2 progress points in the event pass.

Similar to previous shuffle events there will be a super board.  Instead of getting dragon pieces you will get snowman pieces.  Once you have all three the next board will be a super board.

WARNING:  Once you start a superboard you have to complete it before the system resets.  If the super board has started but is not complete at system reset there is a chance you will be frozen out of the event until the next day's reset.  This error is currently being worked on and a fix should be applied soon.  Regardless of the error and upcoming fix you should complete it anyways as you get better prizes and double the progress.

Super board: No shuffle mechanic, has two "show two" and "double payout" prizes.  More on this later.  Each house opened gives 2-4 progress points.

Boosters (mostly obtained through rival quests but we start with one):

snowball blast - this essentiall deletes the prize behind a house but leaves "show two", "double payout" and "snowman parts".  Do not use this on super board.  This item is used best when you are near competion of a regular board but the desired prize is still not discovered and you want to avoid hitting the shuffle before you find the prize.

sleigh combo - this reveals the special rewards (shuffle, show two and double payout).  Similar to the snowball blast strategy do not use on super board.  Unlike the snowball blast this is best used at the start of a new board.  It is to your advantage to know where the shuffle is so you can shuffle immediately after getting the good prizes and not waste currency on the filler prizes.

winter toy inspector - this will open 9illuminate) a house and give double rewards AND reveal two more house rewards.  The strategy for this one is very simple and very profitable if used correctly.  This should only be used under the following conditions.

  1. The daily special you desire is up
  2. You have identified which house has that daily special
  3. you activate the X2 boost first
  4. then you use the winter toy inspector
  5. now select the tile/house with the good prize.
  6. If you do this correctly you can get 4 daily prizes from the one tile.

This event has a piggy bank mechanic.  Just avoid this mechanic.  It's a scam.  I don't care how valuable the prizes may appear to be.  They will be obsolete in 6-8 months andy you'll have nothing but regret in spending all the diamonds it cost to get those prizes.

The one thing I will warn about because people fall for this everytime.  When you pay diamands to pick a prize or take both you don't get those prizes.  They get added to a prize bar that you then also have to pay to get all prizes in the prize bar.  If you are going to play this mechanic then at least make sure the prize bar is full before paying the diamonds.  But still, don't do it.  (The diamond price listed above is not what you will see in the game.)

Calendar Mechanic:

Similar to previous calendar mechanics this is designed to be a diamond sink so player beware.  If you play the event daily (instead of wait for good daily prizes) you have a chance to get a golden key that unlocks one day of the calendar.  Once you receive the golden key then stop until the next day.  Be prepared to buy a lot of event currency because not all boards will have a key.

The best advice is to ignore tha calendar and just play the event when you have a daily special you like.  You will get key fragments after receiving one key and you can combine those fragments to make keys to open up additional days.  Wait until the last day of the event where the content of all the calendar days are known and just pick the best days to open.

This event like all events from now until forever has a league system and a silver and golden event pass option.

There will be three rival challenges.

Prizes:  all figures shown are for motivated buildings

We get a new heroic ally "Boudica" and this one gives a 30% red defense for QI bonus

Main event prize.

Yukitomo Tower lv 10

  • 4x4 requires road
  • 44-65% red attack
  • 44-65% blue attack
  • 450 - 29,790 population
  • Military Ally Room (common)
  • 3,480 - 317,790 medals (getting ready for the next GE level)
  • 46-67 FP
  • 10 rogues
  • one fragment of "Puppy Hauler" selection kit
  • one fragment of "Sleigh Builder" selection kit (yes this has a new level)
  • as of this time this building does NOT produce fragments of the silver upgrade kit.  We will have to see if it does or not when it comes online

Yukitomo Plaza (level 11/silver upgraded version)

  • 48-69 FP
  • 12 rogues
  • 2 fragments of Puppy Hauler Selection Kit
  • 2 fragments of Sleigh Builder Selection kits
  • As of right now this building does not make fragments for the golden upgrade

Yukitomo Empire (lv 12/golden upgrade)

  • 4x4 requires road
  • 52 - 73 % red attack
  • 15% red defense QI (may be removed for live server)
  • 52 - 73 % blue attack
  • 200 QA per recharge cycle

  • 4,130 - 377,380 medals

  • 3 fragments of Puppy Hauler Selection Kit
  • 3 fragments of Sleigh Builder Selection kits

"Puppy Hauler Selection Kits" make

  • Holly Hauler
  • Sled Pup Monument

"Sleigh Builder Selection Kits" make

  • Sleigh Builder Deluxe

So let's start there.

Sleigh Builder Deluxe is the upgrade of the regular sleigh builder that people remove once they have jumpin pumkins to replace them with and that should still be the case with the level 2 deluxe.

  • 2x3 no road required
  • 8 - 15 % red attack and defense
  • 8 - 15 % red attack and defence GbG
  • cost 290 - 19,220 population
  • These are inferior to jumpin pumpkins because the 4hr and 8hr productions need a "finish special production" to hurry for rival quests.
  • 5 min and 1hr are coin production but there is no 5 min coin rush.  There is a 1hr coin rush that can be used.
  • The 24hr production is goods and a finish goods production can be used on that but so far the rivals are asking for 4hr and 8hr goods production.

Holly Hauler

  • 4x2 no road required
  • 22-43 % red defense
  • 30-51 % blue defense
  • costs 260-17,080 population
  • 32 goods your age
  • 64 prev age goods
  • 50 treasury goods

random production:

  • 30% 10 fragments of store building
  • 70%  10 fragmenst of 6hr mass supply rush

can be upgraded to Ascended version

Ascended Holly Hauler

  • lasts 30 days then converts back to base building
  • 4x2 no road required
  • 23-65% red defense
  • 35-77% blue defense
  • 4% coin and supply boost (these should be QI boosts but as of this time it did not specify that)
  • costs 260 - 17,080 population
  • 64 goods your age
  • 128 goods prev age
  • 100 treasury goods

random production:

  • 30% 10 fragments of store building  (may increase to 20 for live server)
  • 70%  20 fragmenst of 6hr mass supply rush

Sled Pup Monuments

  • 2x3 no road required
  • 8-19% red attack and defense
  • 8-19% red attack and defense GbG
  • costs 190-12,810 population
  • has an animation of a dog sled that goes around your city if you have animations turned on
  • 15 FP
  • can be upgraded to ascended version
Random production:
  • 50% 12 ranged units
  • 50% 12 artillery units

even the non-ascended version is good for SASH players

Ascended Sled Pup Monument

  • degrades after 30 days to base unit
  • 2x3 no road required
  • 16-37% red attack and defense
  • 16-37% red attack and defense GbG
  • 10 quantum goods at incursion start (may be reduced to 5 for live server)
  • 5 quantum units at incursion start (may be removed completely for live server)
  • costs 190-12,810 population
  • has an animation of a dog sled that goes around your city if you have animations turned on
  • 23 FP
Random Production:
  • 50% 24 ranged units
  • 50% 24 artillery units

Gold League top 1% prize

Starbell Reserve Roastery

  • 2x2 no road required
  • 32% red attack and defense
  • 25% red attack and defense QI
  • 32% blue attack and defense
  • 5% medals boost
  • 1% goods boost
  • 2,210 - 53,380 happiness
  • 1,210 - 110,340 medals
  • 20 fragments of Yukitomo Tower Selection Kit

very underwhelming prize.  I would not be surprised if this was given a boost before live server.

Calendar Prize:

Crystal Cascade

3x4 no road required
25% blue attack and defense QI
1% guild goods boost
5% special goods boost (we asked and we were told this does NOT boost special goods made in colony only what is produced in city so essentially it is useless for most players)
100 goods of your age
100 FP
200 goods age below
250 treasury goods
10 fragments of Yukitomo Tower Selection Kit

Bonus Building:
The Didukh 4 levels.  All are 2x1 and do not require road
Right now it will only be available in the league prizes and the piggy bank which everyone should ignore so just league prizes.

  • 1,200-80,080 population
  • 180 FP
  • 360 prev age goods
  • fragments obtained from event questline, grand prize lane, leagues, calendar and rival challenges.  In short.  Inno wants you to play all parts of this event to get this prize but there's more......

Eternal Market Noble Horizon level 11

The following has not been confirmed so consider this a place holder for 3 days until the event goes live on beta server

  • decays after 30 days
  • 480 FP
  • 480 goods your age
  • 480 prev age goods
  • 1,800 guild goods
  • 266% red and blue attack and defense
  • 212 % red attack and defense for both GbG and GE
  • positive population

These were flat numbers and did not chage according to player age.  I would not expect this to remain unchaged by the time it goes to live server.

So if you’ve gotten to the end part you’ll have notice that there are a lot of notes on the buildings about what may change.  Inno is still playing around with QI and unfortunately they have no qualms about changing prizes after they’re introduced on Beta and even on Live Server.  We here at FoEAddicts don’t like predatory monetization and detest bait and switch prizes.  Inno games does both.  They also compromise people with platforms that may choose to speak-out on these issues.  You’ll know who those people are when they start disclosing they produce content “in partnership with Inno Games”.

Fortunately not everyone who works on this game is happy with the changes and some are willing to talk from time to time about what’s happening and more importantly why it’s happening.  Every free-to-play game will have monetization and some are more predatory than others.  Gone are the days when you can passively play an event, get a fully levelled main prize and only the people who wanted multiple-prizes spent money.  Now it seems there are so many game mechanics you don’t know where to start when you login.

This event is especially bad for monetization with both the calendar and piggy back mechanic.  The shuffle mechanic removes most of the skill element and makes it a chance plus buy and spend diamonds mechanic.

As players we won’t view lv10 Yukitomo as fully-levelled because there are two more premium levels.  We all know this.  One way to get the premium levels is via “the didukh” which has four unique levels instead of a selection kit that can make the base or upgrade the next three levels.  That is designed to create natural bottlenecks where players do not have an even number so they end up with spare parts they cannot use.

Fall event saw players with multiple silver upgrades of the autumn vineyard but not enough to make the base level to add the silver upgrade.  These are all choices made to manipulate the player to spend money to increase the base building so they can use the upgrade they already have in inventory.

In most events we have accepted that if we max out the main event building it will eventually make the silver and then the golden upgrades so it will be fully leveled just not right away.

The buildings that give QI bonus have that line highlighted in blue to make it easy to see.  The calendar prize and gold league prize buildings will retain their QI bonus.  They are the carrot to get players to spend money and win whatever the hell race we are in.

The main event building for levels 11 and 12 (silver and golden upgrades) both give 15% red defense for QI.  We believe that will be removed for live server and stripped out when the event ends for Beta.  Why?  Because there are three buildings that make fragments for the main event building.  We have players with 500-1000 finish special production boosts that can just print selection kits and increase their QI boosts if this remains.  If those boosts make their way to live server and stay there that’s the good outcome but we predict that won’t happen.  What will happen is a lot of people will spend a lot of money to get buildings that make fragments for the main event building specifically for the QI boost.  Then inno in another bait and switch will just take that away.  Bad enough if it happens on Beta server but unethical if it happens on live server.

We have four people maintaining this site now and one is optimistic that inno will do the right thing.  I believe the event will launch on live server December 3 so we’ll see.  Let’s hope we’re wrong on this and Inno isn’t being slimy yeah?  If they are we’re sure popular content creators will provide cover for them and tell their audience how it’s a good thing.

Building Flat Mode coming to Beta Monday October 28, 2024

 How it works:

Enter build mode like you normally do and you'll see the option of using "flat mode".  This makes the assets disappear so you only see the grid.  It should make it easier to see unused tiles.

Flat mode will also work in cultural settlements, QI settlements and Space Age outposts/colonies.

QI 4rth Championship level 11

Hey remember how the new QI is supposed to balance red fighting, blue fighting and donation nodes?

Well this is level 11 (bonus 325 to both attack and defense).  That is ten fight nodes.  If all ten are completed then there are three bonus nodes and one of them is a donation node.

My question for Inno Games.  What is the real goal for QI?  Do you regret putting donation nodes in the game and want to eliminate them?  Do you want players to be able to donate early in the QI and then switch to fight later?

Coin/supply management is different for fighters than it is for donate/support role players.  It's easy for fighters to build a settlement that is strong enough to fight at this level.

It will be almost impossible for a donator who has used up all their coins/supplies donating in early levels to then convert to a fight settlement.

Let's cut the BS.  People who are fighting at this level have a main city with QI fight boosts and the settlement boost supplement those boosts with decorations.  Most guilds will only have a minority of members who can do this with the majority of players being support role/donations.

So what's the point of all this?  In our view they want people to target QI bonus buildings for the main city instead of just chase the highest red attack GbG boosts like most people are doing now.

What is the anticipated guild reaction?  Members who can hit 220+ attrition are valuable but if they only do donation nodes in QI they are less valuable than members who can do 170+ attrition AND can fight levels 10-12 in QI.

We should start recognizing that red attack/attrition numbers are just a penis measuring contest.  Well rounded members are more valuable to a guild.

Strategy:

Have a town that is almost complete ready when Rival starts.  Make sure there are 4 tasks that can be completed quickly and coachman is lv3.  Why?  Because you have to use 3 time skip to get to quest 16 and using them early in a city is a waste.

At quest 16 it is ideal to have started a new city.  Upgrade banquet steward to lv5 right away.  Now you can use the time skips when needed and easily to the 12 tasks from quest 16 and 24.

Quest 27 requires prev age troops so it's easy to plant a military building and use your traz if you have one.

quest 32 requires you to build a goods building and do a 4 hr production.  Or if you have a production building that makes goods for a 4hr production you can use that.  Space age players can just use colony.  If you have to have a goods building in your city then you can finally use those goods productions speed-ups that aren't good for anything and just take up inventory space.

Rival 2:

  1. complete 1 task AND pay 50 goods get an overseer upgrade

  5. complete 1 task AND 8hr productions 10 times of any age
  6. complete 1 task AND win 10 battles without losing get 2 overseer upgrades
  7. complete 1 task AND solve 6 negs without losing OR donate goods get 25 event currency
  8. use 4hr time skip  OR 4 2hr time skip AND finish 4hr production in a goods building get Edict of Provisions and a royal oink selection kit
  9. complete 1 task AND pay 200 goods get 2 time skips

Milestone rewards at 8, 16, 24 give 250 fragments of Arminius

Milestone 32 gives trailside smithy.

So obviously Rival 2 is a lot more challenging.  70 fights and 36 negotiations all without losing.  We recommend not doing any fights on GE and just do the negotiations as the quests come up on GE.  Why?  Because with tavern bonus it's easy to do 36 negotiations and only have to buy an extra turn with diamonds if you're really stuck.  You have GbG, continent map and PvP tower for fights.

There are 50 tasks that need to be completed.  If you plan ahead and are able to rush supply quests it's very manageable just by spreading it out over two towns.  What worked well on Beta was finishing off a town as long quests were completed and only accepting the reward for completing a task when there was a quest for it.  Then starting a new town or you can just start from a new town as it's only a 3 task difference.  The first 20-ish tasks are fast.  A town will give 32-34 tasks depending on your overseer level so picking up the rest of the tasks on a new town is easy.

The quest to upgrade coachman and banquet steward to lv 5 will most likely be on the second town so there's no point in using those upgrades right away.  If you start a new town when rival starts you'll have to complete 41 tasks so it's not possible to do it on your first town.  However

Spice merchant lv3  (3 tasks in)

Beverage lv 4 (13 tasks in)

Farm lv4 (13 tasks in)

Baker lv4 (26 tasks in)

Butcher lv4 (26 tasks in)

Set the overseer levels as soon as you can to take full advantage.

Quest 16 and 24 require time skips which require event currency so make sure you have some banked or you'll have to spend diamonds.  If you do this right you'll be using those time skips on the long quests so it will help you.  The rivals provide time skips as rewards so you'll only have to buy 2-2hr if you have been saving them.  Sure those cost event currency but you'll earn more event currency playing this rival than it costs so you'll still come out ahead.

So is it worth it to do the rivals?  Maybe.  The heroes are an upgrade but way, way, way better heroes are coming in future events that make these two obsolete in the very near future.

The rival quest rewards are kind of garbage considering how much you have to do to get them.  So is it worth it?

If you're going for the top 1% league prize then yes it is because of all the overseer upgrades and time skips.  If going for the gold league you will need to do about one town per day.  Using the overseer upgrades to get steward and coachman from lv4 to lv 5 saves a lot of currency.  The other special currency is good too if you can time it right.

Just remember when doing rivals to set your overseers to the quest levels right away so you get the benefit of a lv5 from the beginning instead of having it lv 3 then upgrading as the quest comes.

Good luck
